Delivery & Returns


If you have a specific delivery requirement please let us know at the earliest opportunity and we will do everything in our power to accomodate your needs.

UK orders are sent on our standard service which is generally delivered within 3 working days.

We aim to ship all orders taken before 3pm on the same day.

Any orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates  and can vary dependent on external factors such as weather and other issues.

We may use a courier service or the Royal Mail to deliver your order  and you will be sent a email with a tracking number once the once has been sent.


We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and individually check each item before it is sent out. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase however in the event that you wish to make a return, we have a simple procedure.

Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received the goods. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period or notify us in writing, best done via email. If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within this 14 day period, you have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.

Christmas returns - any orders placed after December 1st can be returned for exchange until January 15th - please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to return something. We can keep your chosen alternative aside for you. After all they are limited!

Returned items arriving under the above conditions will be accepted for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn saleable condition with all original tags attached.

To return goods simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Goods must be sent on a service which records the delivery, i.e. obtains a signature when delivered. Always keep a copy of your proof of postage.

We can only exchange goods for those of the same value and all refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you are an international customer, please ensure that your package is clearly marked as a 'return to sender' so that no import charges are applied on arrival.
